Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern use of this website and the aircraft appearance management, preservation, restoration and related services provided by GCX Aviation.Please read these Terms carefully. By using this website, requesting a quote, approving a proposal or scheduling services with GCX Aviation, you agree to these Terms and to any written estimate, proposal, work order or service agreement applicable to your project.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms apply to visitors to the GCX Aviation website and to customers requesting or receiving services. If a signed proposal, master service agreement, purchase order or other written agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for that specific project. You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have authority to act for the aircraft owner, operator, management company, facility, government agency or other organization requesting service.2. Services We Provide
GCX Aviation provides professional aircraft appearance management and related presentation services. Depending on the approved scope, services may include:- Scheduled aircraft washing, dry washing and recurring appearance care;
- Exterior and interior preservation;
- Paint correction and ceramic coating application;
- Brightwork, acrylic window and specialty surface restoration;
- Post-maintenance detailing and return-to-service presentation;
- Fleet appearance management, aircraft tracking and condition reporting;
- Appearance preparation for delivery, demonstrations, photography or special events; and
- Other aircraft appearance services described in an approved proposal or work order.
3. Quotes, Estimates and Service Scope
Website descriptions are general and do not constitute a binding offer. Pricing, products, methods, service duration and deliverables are established through a written estimate, proposal, work order or other confirmation. Quotes may be based on information and photographs provided before an in-person inspection. Previously undisclosed contamination, oxidation, damage, access restrictions, aircraft size, surface condition or additional requested work may require a revised price or scope. GCX Aviation will seek authorization before performing material work outside the approved scope.4. Scheduling, Access and Delays
Service dates and completion times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Aircraft operations, weather, airport restrictions, maintenance activity, security requirements, staffing, travel conditions, facility access and product-curing requirements may affect scheduling. The customer must provide timely and lawful access to the aircraft, hangar, ramp, water, power and other agreed facilities. GCX Aviation may pause, reschedule or decline work when conditions are unsafe, access is unavailable or the requested work conflicts with facility or aircraft procedures.5. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for:- Confirming authority to order work on the aircraft;
- Disclosing known damage, fragile areas, leaks, loose components, specialized coatings, sensitive finishes and prior repairs;
- Providing manufacturer instructions, approved-product restrictions and no-touch areas when applicable;
- Removing or securing valuables, confidential documents and personal property;
- Coordinating facility access, escorts, badges, ramp permissions and security requirements;
- Ensuring the aircraft is safely parked, secured and available for the agreed service; and
- Reviewing the completed work promptly and reporting concerns within the period stated in the applicable proposal or service record.
